About Me

I’m a public health professional and editorial strategist who specializes in developing health content that is evidence-based, accessible, and designed for real-world users.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked across digital health companies, academic institutions, and national nonprofit organizations to develop patient education resources, digital health content, and clinical training programs.

Most recently, I served as Editorial Manager at Wildflower Health, where I led content strategy for maternal, pediatric, and adult health content delivered through digital health platforms used by major U.S. health systems. In this role, I developed editorial standards, led cross-functional content initiatives, and managed a team of writers and editors.

My work is grounded in health literacy principles and a commitment to making health information understandable, actionable, and inclusive.

I currently live in Sacramento, California and when I’m not working, you can find me cuddling with my cats, reading, cooking, crafting, or volunteering at the local animal shelter.
