Overview
At the UCSF Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health, I led the development of a CME-certified online training program designed to support healthcare providers delivering contraceptive care.
The program aimed to expand provider knowledge and improve access to evidence-based contraceptive counseling.
Challenge
Healthcare providers often lack access to convenient, high-quality continuing education resources related to reproductive health care.
Developing a CME-certified course required coordination among clinicians, educators, and instructional design specialists to ensure both clinical accuracy and effective learning design.
Approach
I worked with subject matter experts to develop course content aligned with current clinical guidelines.
The project included coordinating video production, managing educational materials, and overseeing the technical deployment of the course on digital learning platforms.
I also led communications and outreach efforts to promote the training to healthcare providers nationwide.
